There are numerous architectural treasures,  historic landmarks, and scenic spots all within walking distance of downtown.  The photo above was taken from Fort Curtis (a replica of the original fort constructed in downtown Helena during the civil war).  At the very left of the photo is the 1858 Moore-Hornor House - a restored historic home that is part of the Delta Cultural Center's collection of historic properties.  The church on the right-hand side of the photo is Centennial Baptist Church - a national historic landmark.
